They do listen, but have been trained to believe things can only work in a specific way. That is 35 years experience introducing such concepts as the Labour investment fund, the community investment fund and try to get them to accept a 21st century investment system that I created in 1995 in which it changed how investment is done and how partnerships are formed. That allowed 54 members to support 6 grass roots R&D , did hands on training for several dozen university/college,unemployed, people with learning disabilities by allowing everything and anything to become an investment or potential investment. all software controlled. The key to the future is no longer at th top but at the bottom, but in order to survive in a Global economy the cst of living and doing business has to come down and that can only be done in one way. Yet when offered to the political leadership silence is Gloden and tells you everythiong you need to know about what really goes on in the politcal world. You sort of have it right.
