I love this post Ian. I see this all the time in my coaching practice. So many people are concerned with what is next that we never take the time to stop and look at what we have accomplished. In the LEAP program at Carleton U I was able to facilitate a night of successes where each person had the chance to share a story of success-big or small and it was so empowering. Very interesting how people fear failure and usually forget about success

All good companies and founders. Its not easy coming from where they did to build businesses - but if it was easy everyone would do it.

Nice post Ian!
This is the kind of thing that we all need to keep in mind. Not only when times are good but especially when times are not so good.

Keep up the good work.
